Loved our brand-new and nicely furnished rooms in this hotel.
everything was perfect, best possible location to the center of vivid central street, the staff were easygoing. booked a room with balcony. location: the hotel was near to close to restaurants, beach, and central festival, restaurants and best shops. we dined out at the kitchen, set not too far from the property.

Nice staff, quickly helpful
Air conditioning was defective unfortunately. Bed linen was charged based on Full Moon Party color. Should be in our opinion because the pollution was really not outstanding.

The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. Great location near the beach and famous beach clubs. New rooms with a balcony. Air-conditioning, TV, and internet all worked well.

The hotel is located within walking distance to many popular attractions, making it very convenient. It offers complementary tea and coffee, as well as daily cleaning services which was nice. The WiFi connection was also reliable and strong throughout my stay.
The room was smaller than expected and there were some issues with cleanliness. The shower drain was clogged and there were mosquitoes in the room.

amazing location, close to beach, festival mall, and bustling street. Good price and friendly reception. The staff were helpful and the hotel had great facilities - AC, TV, and internet. Beds were comfortable and it was easy to get taxis. Checked in early at no extra cost, overall exceeded expectations at this place.
